MY MASSAGE THERAPY BACKGROUND
- Over 20 years of experience
Since my first massage qualification in Swedish Massage in 2004, I have gained many years' of experience. In 2014 I achieved my Certificate IV in Massage Therapy Practice. My work history includes mobile massage and beauty therapy for those on holidays, sports and injury massage in physio clinics at snow resorts, and acute and chronic pain treatment for long-term clients in a clinic setting.

What sets me apart from other therapists is I tailor your massage to you. I take into account your current symptoms, your medical history and your goals for the session, and I create a massage plan for you on that day. Utilising my experience, I choose the best pressure to create calm during a relaxation massage, I can target tighter muscle groups to result in the most freedom with a sports massage, and I can deduce locked muscles that cause your dysfunction and pain through a remedial-style massage. My wealth of knowledge and experience allow me to help make your massage the best it can be, and no two massages are the same.

Most recently I am certified in - Holistic Therapy, Hot Stone Massage, Luxury Spa Facials, Deep Tissue/Trigger Point, Myofascial Cupping Technique, Reflexology, Sports Massage, and Emmett Technique.

HOT STONE MASSAGE
A luxurious massage utilising smooth stones heated to 55 ͦ C. Placed against the skin and using long or circular movements, the heat is transferred to "melt" the tension away.
